The groundbreaking event celebrated the best of landed home living and saw an impressive turnout of over 375 attendees alongside over 18 landed developers and brand partners, as well as 7 panellists in mirror industries such as builders and architects, solidifying the company’s position as an industry innovator.

This collaboration created an exciting synergy, offering an incredible opportunity for attendees to directly engage with these industry leaders.
Over 100 Landed Homes Featured
One of the main attractions of the event was the display of over 100 landed homes, providing an unmatched opportunity for potential homeowners and investors to explore a vast selection of properties. Each home was featured with detailed virtual tours and in-depth information on layouts, neighbourhoods, and amenities, with PLB consultants ready to provide assistance on any enquiries. This effectively bridges the gap between prospective buyers and their dream homes.

Exciting Lineup of Panelists
The event also featured a lineup of insightful sessions on property market trends, investment strategies, and architectural design.
Managing Director of ZLC Jake Yeoh, Executive Director of Rezt+Relax Wilson Teh, and Founder of TRACE Design & Build Edmund Kok took the stage first for a Builders Panellist Sharing moderated by PropertyLimBrothers CEO Melvin Lim. The session saw an intense discussion regarding custom landed homes in Singapore and strategies to future-proof homes, with the panellists dropping nuggets of wisdom for those considering to rebuild their landed homes.
Next up was the Architect Sharing by Chan Wai Kin of TIMUR Design Studio, moderated by PropertyLimBrothers Associate Listing Manager Felicia Cai. As a veteran architect, Chan gave an insightful sharing into various aspects of designing landed homes, including his approach when it comes to infusing the latest technology into the design of landed homes given the rising trend of smart home systems.
PropertyLimBrothers CEO Melvin Lim also took the stage for a Landed Home Investment Sharing, where he dived into recent market trends for the landed property segment and where the opportunities lie moving forward.
Last but not least, Oliver Siah and Edwin Lam of FRX Capital, and Joresar Po of Sevens Group joined PropertyLimBrothers Director of Sales Marc Chan and Associate Listing Manager Wayne Tang on stage for a Developers Fireside Chat to discuss market trends and shifts in consumer behaviour in recent years.
In addition to a panel of experts from mirror industries, ex-clients who have successfully navigated the property market with PLB were also invited to share their buying and selling journey. The candid live sharing provided attendees with valuable insights and tips on how to approach a landed property transaction.
These sessions enabled attendees to gain a more in-depth understanding of the landed property market, how to maximise their investment potential, and the fundamental approach to designing and building a landed home.
PLB Charity Raffle Draw
The evening concluded with a PLB Charity Raffle Draw, where attendees purchased raffle tickets to stand a chance to win staycation prizes. PropertyLimBrothers matched dollar-for-dollar on every raffle ticket purchased and raised a total of $5,840 from the sale of 292 tickets. These contributions will be donated in full to the World Vision Foundation to fuel impactful initiatives and deliver life-changing support to the Sambour Community in Cambodia.
